Marley leads men to 6th place, whilst ladies finish 10th

     At the end of a long days competition Nigel Marley led the Senior Men home to claim an excellent 34th place when he covered the 4 lap and 11km course in 39 mins 58 secs. Liam Ratcliffe also produced a good performance to record  41.21 in 54th spot. Jamie Sewell  was the next man over the line in 95th position with 43.26 and Mark Armstrong sneaked into the top 100 (100th  in 43.44 ).Veteran Brendan Moen continued his consistent form to record 44.22 in 112th and completing the team was Steve Milner in 123rd with 44.54. The team finished in 6th place. Also running but not scoring were 138th  Vince Carroll  45.48  139th  Rob McDougall  45.50  172nd  Nigel Roberts  47.52  185th  John Saw  48.45  229th  Adrian White  52.00

    County runner -up  Alison Cooper  was the first Senior Lady for the club in 56th place with 34 mins 37 secs,  but she had to hold off  British Masters Champion Angela Copson who was just one place and eight seconds behind. Madeleine Smith  recorded 36.15, which put her in 72nd spot and Annette Carlin finished in 90th with 37.53 to put the team in 10th place. The squad was completed by Kate Lundy  38.23  110th  Ann Rollings  40.34  115th  Sharon Fearn  41.02  

    Hannah Jones had a good solid run to claim 11th spot (21.26) in the under 20 Womens race.
