Rugby & Northampton Athletic Club
was formed on April 1st 2002. The Club is a merger between 2 Former Clubs each
with a great history, Rugby & District Athletic Club and Northampton Phoenix
Athletic Club. The new Club has a membership of over 650 athletes, coaches
and officials, ranging in age from 8 years old to over 80 years old. There are
over 50 active coaches and 40 officials
providing the back up to over 500 athletes. The club has already seen success
with 2 consecutive appearances in the BAL cup Final. Continue
Rugby and Northampton AC utilise two main training venues. These are the athletic track at Sixfields
Community Stadium, Northampton and the athletics track at Ken Marriott Leisure Centre, Bruce Williams Way, Rugby.
The club hosts training sessions at both of these venues, with athletes being able to use both
centres.More Information

Northampton - Sixfields track
Tuesday - 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Thursday - 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Sunday - 10:00am to 1:00pm
Note: these are the times when the athletics track is available to the club and
different squads will have their own training times.
Rugby - Rugby track
Tuesday - 6:00pm to 8:30pm
Thursday - 6:00pm to 8:30pm
Sunday - 10:30am to 12:30pm

Northampton - Circuits(General)
Sports Hall, University College Northampton, Park Campus, Boughton Green Road, Northampton.
Monday - 7:00pm to 8:30pm
